Oct 21, 2019 at 6:42 comment added Juha Metsäkallas While in English -logy is used in a hyperbolic way as Joop stated, in Esperanto -logio refers to study, science, so teknologio is a study of some technique. Tekniko is according to PIV "tuto de la metodoj k procedoj, uzataj por plenumi verkon aŭ produkti objekton" and thus teknikaĵo a single detail.
