If you are going to ask the same question about different people then it’s better to put the person at the end, eg, “Kien iras Sofia? Kien iras Ludoviko?”. If you are going to ask about different actions then you could put the verb at the end, like “Kien Sofia biciklas? Kien Sofia paŝas?”. Although I think it’s just a question of style and it doesn’t really matter if you don’t do this.
